Strict No Refund Policy

 

All sales are final.No Refunds.

 Due to the custom nature and hygiene considerations of hair extensions, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:  

  - Color/texture discrepancies (unless a color-match consultation was skipped).  

  - Changes of mind or dissatisfaction with the product after installation.  

  - Improper care, styling, or damage caused by the client.  

- Exceptions:Refunds are only considered if the product arrives defective (example, factory damage). Claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery with photo/video evidence.  

No Exchange Policy

Exchanges are not permitted.

Custom Orders: Hair extensions are often customized to your specifications (color, length, texture). These cannot be exchanged.  

Hygiene: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened, installed, or used products.  

Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong item due to our error, contact us within 48 hours with proof (order number, photos). We will replace the item at no cost.  

SHIPPING

At Zarisrawbundles we strive to deliver your hair bundles promptly while ensuring quality and care. Please review the following shipping guidelines to understand our timelines and processes:  

1. Processing Time

 

Tracking Numbers: Allow 3 business days(Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after purchase for your order to be processed and a tracking number to be generated.  

 Order Verification: Orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern time will be processed the next business day.  

Delays: Custom orders, color-matching requests, or high-demand periods may extend processing time. You will be notified via email if delays occur.  

2. Delivery Timeframe

Standard Shipping: Once processed, orders typically arrive within 2–9 business days via [USPS, FedEx, DHL and etc].  

-Delivery Dates are Estimates:Shipping times are not guaranteed and depend on carrier performance and your location.  

International Shipping: Delivery times vary by country. Contact us for specific details.  

3. Tracking Your Order

Tracking Updates: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our facility.  

Carrier Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs. Contact the carrier directly for unresolved issues.  

  • No Reshipments/Refunds: We do not reship or refund orders lost/damaged during shipping unless a claim is approved by the carrier.  

5. Address Accuracy

 

Double-Check Information: Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.  

Address Changes: Contact us immediately if you need to update your address. Changes are only possible if the order has not yet shipped.  

6. Holidays & Peak Seasons

Extended Timelines:During holidays (example: Black Friday, Christmas) or peak seasons, processing and delivery times may increase. Plan ahead and order early.
